Royal Row offers free shipping on all orders.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Depending on your location, the shipping time may take 24-72 hours.
Once your order has been carefully shipped, we will send you a confirmation email including all the information regarding your order. The tracking number of your order will be sent with another email as soon as it is available.
Please note that delivery times depend on your location. They are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Refunds and returns
All items purchased in the Royal Row online store may be returned to us within 14 days after receiving them. Please note that return shipping costs are on the customer.
Returns may be made exclusively via courier.
Write an email to email@example.com specifying your order ID and the product codes of the items you wish to return (you can find them on the tags), both in the subject and in the body of the email.
Upon receiving our response informing you to proceed with the return, place the item(s) you would like to return in the shipping box and send the parcel via your courier of choice to:

Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase as soon and possible, depending on your bank and in any case within 14 days.
If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse you all payments received within 14 days from return delivery.
Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund email notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.
In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the product labels intact).
